MENDORONG TRANSFORMASI DESA LAMUNRE TENGAH MENJADI SMART VILLAGE YANG BERDAYA, MANDIRI, DAN BERKELANJUTAN

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) “Smart Village dan Kearifan Lokal” di Desa Lamunre Tengah bertujuan untuk mendorong transformasi digital dan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui integrasi teknologi dengan nilai-nilai budaya lokal. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi masyarakat meliputi rendahnya literasi digital, minimnya partisipasi dalam layanan publik berbasis online, serta pemanfaatan potensi ekonomi lokal yang belum optimal. Kegiatan PKM ini dilaksanakan sebagai solusi dengan mengimplementasikan beberapa program utama, yaitu optimalisasi website desa berbasis DIGIDES, digitalisasi UMKM, pengelolaan lingkungan melalui pemanfaatan pekarangan rumah, serta peningkatan literasi masyarakat melalui program “Ngopi dan Dakwah”. Pelaksanaan kegiatan menggunakan pendekatan Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) yang berfokus pada pemberdayaan partisipatif dan penguatan kapasitas lokal. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 7 Juli hingga 20 Agustus 2025 dengan metode pelatihan, pendampingan, dan praktik langsung yang melibatkan pemerintah desa, karang taruna, serta BUMDes. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan partisipasi digital UMKM, serta meningkatnya keterlibatan masyarakat dalam layanan digital dan kegiatan literasi. Program ini berhasil memperkuat kohesi sosial, meningkatkan kepercayaan diri digital masyarakat, dan menumbuhkan inovasi lokal yang berkelanjutan. Secara keseluruhan, program ini membuktikan bahwa integrasi teknologi digital dengan kearifan lokal mampu memperkuat kemandirian masyarakat dan mempercepat terwujudnya Smart Village yang berkelanjutan
