Based on the results of a preliminary study in one area of East Java, namely Wonocolo District, Surabaya City, it was found that 80% of mothers gave early complementary foods. Therefore, a special program is needed to reduce the rate of early complementary feeding behavior, one of which is by providing education using media as a tool. Animated video is the media most chosen by the target. The main focus of this research is the development of animated video media which includes feasibility and effectiveness. The type of R&D research applied in this study took a one group pre-test post-test trial design. There were 4 treatments given to 30 targets in the trial stage, namely the pre-test, the provision of animated video media viewed at the same time and place, assessing the media, and also the post-test. After conducting the validation test, this animated video was considered very feasible by experts, namely material experts and media experts. This animated video is also considered effective, seen from the results of the paired sample t-test which shows a sig value. (2-tailed) 0.000 which is <0.05. This means that there is a difference in the average value of knowledge before and after being given animated video media. This shows that this animated video electronic media is very feasible and effective as a health education media on appropriate complementary feeding.
Lovina Jayanti Sopingi Sopingi Suci Puspita Ratih Copyright (c) 2023 Jurnal Kesehatan, Rekam Medis dan Farmasi (JUK-Medifa) 2024-12-04 2024-12-04 3 01 117 128 Description of Cervical Cancer Case at Dr. Pirngadi Hospital Medan https://jurnal.seaninstitute.or.id/index.php/health/article/view/521
Cervical cancer is one of the diseases that causes broad psychosocial impacts, especially for patients and their families. According to Racmadahniar (2005), in 2000 about 80% of cervical cancer. The lack of public knowledge about cervical cancer is caused by things such as lack of awareness and willingness of the public to check themselves or consider doing an examination requires expensive costs. The cervix is part of the uterus. The type of research used in this study is to describe how cervical cancer cases. The data collection technique in this study is using secondary data. From the results of research cases of cervical cancer based on age with the age of >35 years as many as 41 people (100%). Cervical cancer cases are based on the majority of education with high school education as many as 17 people (41.47%). Cervical cancer cases based on the majority of occupations with IRT/self-employed jobs as many as 18 people (72%). Cervical cancer cases are based on majority parity with parity 3-5 as many as 41 people (100%). Cervical cancer cases are based on the majority of treatment with therapeutic treatment as many as 35 people (85.37%). This study aims to explore the application of bioinformatics in analyzing genomic data of influenza viruses, designing drugs and vaccines, and monitoring the spread of virus variants. The research method uses a quantitative approach with secondary data analysis in the form of genome sequencing results and resistance data from various influenza virus isolates . Normality , validity, and reliability tests are carried out to ensure data quality, while bioinformatics analysis is applied to identify genetic mutations, protein structures, and virus spread patterns. The results show that genomic data analyzed with bioinformatics allows the identification of mutations that affect drug resistance, geographic mapping of resistant variants , and prediction of potential mutations in the future. In addition, bioinformatics contributes significantly to the design of more specific vaccines by utilizing viral epitope analysis . In conclusion, bioinformatics has a major impact on the development of more effective influenza control strategies, both in terms of therapy and prevention, as well as accelerating the response to future pandemic threats
Nadia Br Sembiring M.Rizky Ramadhan Salsabila Yusra Afthar Kautsar Muhammad Iqbal Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Kesehatan, Rekam Medis dan Farmasi (JUK-Medifa) 2024-12-09 2024-12-09 3 01 134 140
