The research method uses quantitative research with an associative approach. The population in this study was all OVO users in medan with a sample of 100 respondents where sampling with purposive sampling technique. The primary data used were obtained from respondents through questionnaires distributed with google forms while secondary data were obtained with literature studies. The data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis test, reliability, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis test. The results of the study conducted showed that the perceived ease of use (X1) and safety (X2) variables had a significant effect on consumptive behavior. Perceived ease of use and security variables also simultaneously influence consumptive behavior (Y). This study aims to analyze how the influence of WFH and work discipline on the performance of employees of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Medan Kota. The effect of WFH and work discipline was analyzed simultaneously and partially on employee performance. The form of research used is quantitative research with an associative approach. The sample in this study used a saturated sample where there were 50 respondents who were sampled. The data analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that WFH and work discipline had a positive effect partially or simultaneously on employee performance. The type of study that is carried out is known as qualitative research, and the data gathering methods that are utilized include observation, interviews, and documentation. The personnel of the Sukabumi Regency Tourism Office who were directly involved in the provision of public services were the ones that participated in the research. Using qualitative analytic approaches in conjunction with the Miles and Huberman models, the collected data were evaluated and interpreted. According to the findings of the research, the organizational culture that currently exists in the Tourism Office of the Sukabumi Regency has an impact on both the level of performance and the quality of the public services that are offered. An organizational culture that is positive and has character causes employees to have high motivation and enthusiasm in providing good and satisfying public services to the community. In addition, a strong organizational culture also influences the attitudes and behavior of employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. The results of the study show that the role of political parties in providing political education can be done by building political participation, encouraging critical thinking, mobilizing active participation, providing space for discussion, and building political awareness. When employees possess high levels of motivation and operate within a favorable work environment, their positive influence on the organization becomes evident, leading to the attainment of organizational goals. The objective of this research is to comprehensively analyze the influence of work motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT Usaha Digdaya Muncul Bali. In this study, there are three main variables under consideration: work motivation (X1) and work environment (X2) as independent factors, and employee performance (Y) as the dependent factor. The research methodology employed is quantitative in nature. The outcomes reveal that work motivation yields a significant and positive impact on employee performance. Moreover, job satisfaction is found to have a noteworthy positive influence on employee performance, both when considered individually and when examined in conjunction with other factors. The combined effects of work motivation and work environment are substantial, contributing to approximately 57.0% of overall employee performance. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research results show that the Asia-Pacific Stage is a complex stage with various geopolitical challenges. Territorial disputes, competition between major powers such as China, the United States and Russia, and the threat of terrorism create tensions that affect stability. The existence of nuclear weapons and the potential for proliferation increases the risk of serious conflict. Humanitarian crises, both due to conflict and the impact of climate change, add complexity to the increasing number of refugees. Therefore, when it makes a loss, law enforcement officials immediately qualify it as a criminal act of corruption. This cannot be separated from the conflict of legal norms related to the regulations governing it. Basically, it’s directors have a scope of duties to run and develop their business, which is inseparable from the possibility of losses. The aim of this research is to dissect the case of Karen Agustiawan through the teaching of causality, so that we will be able to see the facts that are factors that contribute to causing state financial losses, as well as see whether or not the burden of criminal responsibility can be assigned to the directors. This research was conducted using normative juridical research methods and a case approach. The conclusion of this research is that the teaching of causality can be applied to analyze corruption offenses, so that we can see a series of facts that constitute acts against the law as well as the intention of the perpetrators and contribute to the emergence of state financial losses. This research aims to identify and analyze effective digital marketing strategies to support the growth and market penetration of local agribusiness products in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research results show that implementing digital marketing strategies for local agribusiness products in Indonesia has had a positive impact in increasing product visibility, expanding market reach, and increasing consumer engagement. Through the use of social media, optimizing online content, QR codes on product packaging, and participation in e-commerce platforms, local agribusiness producers are able to create closer relationships with consumers and increase product competitiveness in the digital market. Organizing online training sessions or webinars has also proven effective in empowering local farmers to adopt digital marketing strategies effectively.
